is the early half of the day. It is generally the hours from sunup to 12:00 AM, because day is generally from sunup to sundown. But it is sometimes the hours from 0:00 AM to 12:00 AM, when [you] see a day as 24 hours from 0:00 AM to 12:00 AM.
