  Clear
is one the 100 words for general qualities. In French, it is clair; in German, it is klar. The day with no clouds in the sky is a clear day. You may see through the clear water. If the soup is not a thick soup, it will be a clear soup.

Clear, as an expansion from the root-sense, is a word for being straightforward. In French, it is net. It will be necessary to give some examples to make a point clear, or get clear about it.

Clear, in statements like "The road is clear," is used for the quality of being free. In French, it is libre; in German, frei. When something is not clear, you may say it is unclear. (The Basic Words)

Clearcut answer, or clearcut picture, is an account or statement with clear, black-and-white outlines.

Clear-headed is a word for someone with clear thoughts or clear language.

Clearing is where trees have been cleared, open place among trees.

Clearly is a word for acts done in a clear way to ear, eye or mind.

Clearout is act of clearing out things.
